- Manage and process money exchange and money transfer services with precision and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions using SAP Money Exchange System and Banking Software.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience using SAP Money Exchange System and Banking Software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and best practices.
