📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of engineering processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Recommend and implement best practices and process improvements based on data insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on overall engineering performance.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on engineering performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering performance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering performance analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
