• Prepare and serve a diverse range of premium teas and beverages using our high-end coffee equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our café, maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee preparation and service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the café.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle a busy and varied customer base.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
