In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the management of the company's financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records,Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank deposits,Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents as required,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
