📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
