Code Bold Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in supporting the Finance Department in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Support the Finance Manager in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Assist in the coordination and monitoring of budgeting processes, ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.,Prepare and maintain financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the Finance Manager in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
