📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
