📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies,Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with IT security best practices
