• Manage and process money exchange and money transfer services with precision and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions using SAP Money Exchange System and Banking Software.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience using SAP Money Exchange System and Banking Software.
