📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise telesales teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.,Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop new telesales staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
