📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on warehouse automation equipment, including conveyors, robots, and sorting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and improvements for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in warehouse automation technology and recommend suitable upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation systems, including conveyors, robots, and sorting systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance software and tools, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
