📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
