Sumber Jaya Store is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.,Handle vehicle inspections and documentation, including accident reports and maintenance records.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized fleet office, including managing vehicle keys and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field is a plus.
