Tech Home Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to work effectively with drivers and other stakeholders. This is a full-time position located in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including fuel management, vehicle inspections, and driver assignments.,Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Work with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.,Prepare and submit reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
