📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, working with vendors as needed.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
