📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Process payments and handle refunds
• Manage reservations and bookings using our online system
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless experience for our international clientele
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
• Coordinate with our dive instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as promoting our dive center and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or reservation role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the dive industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali
