📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Manage a team of 20+ staff, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the club.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Promote and enhance the club’s brand presence through marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a general management or senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Micros, and other hospitality software.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
