Head of Accounting - Financial Leadership & Strategic Management

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and financial analysts, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting activities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Manage a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
