📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on employment-related issues.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or legal certification (e.g., SKEP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with legal software such as CaseMap or Westlaw is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
