📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for all job openings within the company.,Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Monitor employee attendance, leave, and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR software and tools for efficient data management.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
