CV Nagari Cendana is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
