Sentosa Medical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.,Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory to ensure quality and compliance.,Prepare and process purchase orders as needed.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to optimize warehouse space.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of supplies.,Support the warehouse team in daily operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
