Bit Root Indonesia is a growing company in the Kudus region, seeking a motivated Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about the purchasing process. This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in procurement and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating suppliers.,Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and transactions.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Conduct research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Provide support to the purchasing manager in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).,Strong understanding of purchasing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
