CV Cipta Ratu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
