📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals.,Assist in training new store assistants and providing ongoing support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
