PT Nagari Rahayu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Palopo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team of bookkeepers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management and stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
