📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly and safely.Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities.Perform quality control checks and ensure that all samples and test results meet the required standards.Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.Train and supervise new lab technicians, ensuring that they are up to date with all safety protocols and laboratory procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety measures are in place and followed.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in laboratory management.Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of lab technicians.Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.Ability to perform quality control checks and ensure that all samples and test results meet the required standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.Familiarity with laboratory equipment and the ability to maintain and calibrate it.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
