📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently to patients and healthcare professionals.,Providing expert advice on medication use, potential interactions, and side effects.,Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.,Supervising and training junior pharmacy staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being.,Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.,Ensuring the pharmacy meets all quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies.,Certification in pharmacy practice or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
