📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversight of quality control processes and procedures
• Conducting quality inspections and tests
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Training and mentoring junior QC staff
• Analyzing and reporting on quality control data
• Implementing corrective actions to address quality issues
• Collaborating with production and other departments to improve product quality
• Ensuring all quality control documentation is up-to-date and accurate

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Experience in leading and training quality control teams
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
