📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Assist in organizing and managing office events, meetings, and other activities.,Monitor and manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and guests.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
