📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.
  • Identify and address learning and development gaps through data analysis and employee feedback.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Support the implementation of e-learning solutions and other digital learning tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
