Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content that meets the needs of our target audience,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to users through documentation and other channels,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
