IRIS Mandiri is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. Your work will help our customers understand and effectively use our solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and support documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in product development discussions to ensure documentation needs are met.
  • Provide feedback on user experience and usability of technical documentation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
