Store Point Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage cost control.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-stocked restaurant.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant, including increasing sales and profitability.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
