🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Proven track record in customer retention and relationship management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
