📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the luxury property market.,Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders.,Oversee the marketing and sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and objectives.,Leverage digital marketing channels to reach and engage with the target audience effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the luxury property market.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury property sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the luxury property market and the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
