📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain CNC Lathe machines to produce high-precision parts and components.,Perform Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) operations to achieve intricate and complex shapes.,Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.,Follow and adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures.,Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.,Maintain and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist and EDM Specialist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.,Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques.,Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control procedures.,Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.,Valid CNC Machining and EDM certifications are a plus.
