📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting English conversation classes and workshops for students.,Help create and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans.,Provide personalized feedback and support to students to improve their English speaking skills.,Collaborate with the English Cafe team to develop and implement new teaching methods and materials.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss ideas and strategies for improving the learning experience.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and presentations to the English Cafe management team.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a university or college, or a recent graduate with a degree in English, Education, or a related field.,Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.,Proven ability to work well in a team and with diverse groups of people.,Passion for language learning and a desire to help others improve their English speaking skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with teaching or tutoring English is a plus but not required.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
