Duta Oka Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our dental services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental terminology and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for dental products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create instructional videos and other multimedia content to support our products.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve our documentation.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Passion for clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
