📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieving monthly sales targets by contacting potential customers via phone.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.,Providing product information and answering customer queries.,Following up on leads and converting them into sales.,Reporting sales performance and providing regular updates to the sales manager.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using CRM software.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
