📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and logistics providers, to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance with client agreements.
• Use project management tools like Trello and Google Workspace to track tasks and deadlines.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract attendees and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees, addressing any issues promptly.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on event progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
