📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the clinic.
• Assist doctors and nurses with patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
• Manage clinic schedules, including appointment bookings and cancellations.
• Handle patient records and medical documentation using our in-house software.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and organized, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
• Handle patient billing and payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for working in a healthcare setting in Indonesia.
