📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize capital expenditure processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement capex strategies to support the growth and success of our malls.
• Monitor and analyze capex performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement specialists, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of capex projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in capital expenditure management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams to help them achieve their objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital expenditure management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
