📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily General Affairs operations, including facility maintenance, cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental management systems.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety, health, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety, health, and environmental performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
• Handle any emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GA & SHE roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Safety, Health, and Environment management (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., Peraturan K3, Peraturan Lingkungan).
• Proficient in using safety and environmental management software (e.g., SAP, QHSE, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
