You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to implement and maintain quality control procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-process inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Monitor and document quality control data using SAP and other quality control software.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management system.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using SAP, QAD, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
