As a Packaging Line Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our bottling line machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bottling line machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and address them before they become costly breakdowns.
- Work with engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient bottling operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the bottling line machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Proven track record of maintaining and repairing bottling line machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC and HMI.
- Familiarity with industrial automation software such as Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with bottling line machinery.
- Valid Safety Induction Training (SIT) certification.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and production staff.
